Help with Magnet Board
Magnet Board gives you four magnet boards for explaining music at the front of the class, on iPad: the Pulse Board, the Stave Board, the Circle of Fifths and the Keyboard Diagram. If something isn't working, or you have an idea, email us and a person will reply.

What helps us help you

- What happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot is very welcome.
No sound?
Only the Pulse Board plays sounds; the other three boards are silent on purpose. If the Pulse Board is silent, check the volume is up, and that the sound isn't going to headphones or a Bluetooth speaker you've forgotten about. Magnet Board makes its sounds live on the iPad, so it doesn't need an internet connection.
Starting a board afresh
Each board stays just as you left it, magnets, drawings and all, ready for your next lesson. To empty a board, tap the bin at the top and confirm. If you change your mind, undo brings everything back.
Turn the iPad on its side
Magnet Board only works in landscape, so the boards are as wide as possible. If it doesn't turn with the iPad, check that Rotation Lock is off in Control Centre.
What Magnet Board needs
An iPad with iPadOS 18 or later. There's nothing to sign up for, and it works offline.

Magnet Board collects no personal information and keeps your boards on your iPad. Read the full privacy policy.
